Collaboration with Worcs colleagues has been the largest change in the last year.

ICB have been more communicative and consolidation is in place

Chris tabled increase in renumeration for LOC members, seconded by N Rumney and unanimously approved

8. ICB update and short update on cataract and glaucoma pathways

Newmedica in Worcs can supply cat + migs and can do glaucoma casefinding referrals, but will be seen faster than at VEU. Once stabilised then referred to COGS

9. IP funding from NHS England - any last notifications of interest

11. NJR scheme research. Look to evaluate and expand on the services and the LOC will look to support where it can as the plan comes to fruition.

12. Two MP who have a strong focus in optometry. An Optometrist and an MP ocular nystagmus. NJR attended a meeting at Portcoullis House London on cross party.

13. We have also made contact with both north and south Herefordshire, so do remember they are representatives of the constituents, so do communicate with them any challenges
